If you are not in agreement with these terms and conditions, please refrain from continuing to use or revisiting this website. By using this website, you explicitly declare that you have had access to these terms and conditions and that you are in agreement with them without any reservation.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions of use at any time in their entirety or in part without prior notice. You are responsible to check the website for any modifications on a regular basis. Except in the event of explicit notification, the new terms and conditions apply immediately for all information, details, goods and services on this website. If you continue to use this website, the amendments are deemed to be accepted.

Restriction of use

This website is exclusively addressing Swiss residents. User with residence outside of Switzerland are using the website at their own responsibility and are therefore responsible for compliance with the national statutory provisions applicable in their country. 

Warranty

Warranty conditions apply to the goods and services sold at the time of the transaction.

If a product presents a defect the buyer has two years in which to file a warranty action. During this period, the consumer may request repair or replacement of the faulty product. If customers do not obtain the expected result, cancellation of the contract or refund of the decrease in value is possible.

Orders

By purchasing on this site you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment can be made via your credit/debit card, also by any other methods that may be advertised on our website site.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, which are secure online payment gateway which encrypt your card details in a secure host environment.

The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website in CHF (Swiss Francs). All prices are inclusive of the Swiss VAT.

The displayed price is included shipping.

Delivery

We offer you free shipping in Switzerland or abroad. The shipments will be executed by the Swiss Post.

Please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees and/or import duties. The fees on imported goods are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service to determine what these additional costs might be prior to ordering.

Returns

The buyer has a right of revocation within two weeks after receipt of the delivery. The right of revocation can be exercised in writing or by returning the goods within two weeks of receipt of the consignment and does not require any justification. You are then no longer bound to the order. In both cases the buyer is absolutely obligated to return the goods. The delivered goods must be in the condition in which the buyer received them. The return must be sent to our address (at the end of these terms and conditions) and with sufficient packaging quality. This is best guaranteed if the buyer uses packaging that corresponds to ours. The postage is at the expense of the buyer. We will not accept returns that are not prepaid. Any risk for the shipment shall then be borne by the buyer. Please enclose an appropriate payment slip or the indication of the postal account or bank details.

Defective and damaged items

All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us by email info@juliadesign.ch or fill in the contact form within 7 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the fault.

Advice for children and parents

The website is aimed at an adult audience. It is forbidden for minors, and especially children under 13 years of age, to transmit personal data about themselves to us or to register to receive a service. If we detect that such data has been transmitted to us, it will be deleted from our database. The parents (or legal guardians) of the child may contact us and request deletion of the data or de-registration. For this purpose, we require a copy of an official document confirming you as a parent or guardian.

Disclaimer/Limitation of liability

All content of this website is solely for general information purposes, we make every effort to ensure that the content is correct, up-to-date and free of errors, and that it does not breach any third-party rights.
